First edition, first impression.  256pp.  Coral pink cloth-covered boards, gilt-stamped lettering on the spine.  12mo.  Cloth rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends, perhaps a tad faded.  Upper text block edge dust darkened.  Gift inscription inked on front free endpaper else internally clean and neat if a little less than bright. Illustrated paper dust wrapper, toned, rubbed at edges with minor loss at spine base, shelf worn.  Some pencil annotations on the rear inner flap.
