Cloth a little rubbed and pushed at corners and spine ends else neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. In its original dust wrapper, bumped and browned on extreme edges, lightly rubbed at corners and spine ends, price clipped.

Publishers Victor Gollancz introduced their yellow jackets shortly after the firm was founded, and almost all their publications between the 1920s and 1980s were yellow jacketed. These highly distinctive, and now niche collectable, jackets, are easily recognised from their plain yellow covers and stylised use of fonts in black and magenta.
