First edition, first impression.  One of an edition limited to 650 copies, signed by the author opposite the title page. 256pp, four colour plate illustrations and  occasional line drawings in text.  In sky blue cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine.  8vo.  A couple of very mild marks on cloth, gently rounded at spine base.  Top text block edge dusty, small mild mark on lower text block edge.  Internally neat, clean, crisp and bright.  In its original illustrated dust jacket, very gently bumped at spine head.  Dust jacket now protected in a Mylar-style clear sleeve.
