232pp. In green cloth boards with black lettering on spine (boards a little worn, rubbed corners and around spine, slightly softened). Internally faint, very occasional spotting, first four leaves have a mild crease, else neat and clean.

A later reprint of the 1915 Penlee Cookery book, one of the earliest vegetarian recipe books produced by Annie Barnett who cooked for the families who rented her cottages in Devon in the early part of the 20th century. The recipes and sample menus include several vegan dishes too. Hard to find.
