First Folio Society printing. A complete, volumes one to five, of the Folio Society’s edition of Rudyard Kipling’s short stories. With colour plate frontispieces and further full page illustrations in text, all by Philip Bannister. All volumes uniformly bound in red cloth, decorated, with gilt lettering on spine. Yellow endpapers. 4to. All volumes are neat. clean, bright and tight throughout. Housed in their original bespoke matching slipcase. The slipcase is a little brushed on joints and around opening and, unfortunately there is a heavy bump, cracking the edges, around an inch longer, on one of the rear edges (not visible when shelved).
