Half bound in burgundy leather over brown cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine. Large 8vo. . Boards rubbed at edges and spine joints, right through on corners, partially cracked spine joints, crumbled at spine ends, marked and scratched. Text block edges a little toned. Endpapers have some spotting, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Bound without wrappers, title pages or indexes. A collection of articles, serials, short stories. Includes the first print edition of P G Wodehouse’s short story, An Afternoon Dip, which runs from pp314-318, and was later published in Greyfriars Holiday Annual under the title Jackson’s Dip. It is the first of four stories set in the fictional Locksley School.
