Spine ends and corners lightly rubbed, spine head, top edge of front board and top corners moderately bumped. Text block edges just starting to tan, top edge dusty, moderately foxed and has a remainder mark. Lender’s markings on endpapers and title-page verso. Free endpapers moderately tanned. A few small marks towards beginning and very end of volume. Otherwise, internally neat and tight. Dust jacket spine has shelf number written at heel, small closed tears and creasing around spine head; spine, top edge and folds sun-faded; spine ends and corners heavily chipped, heavy wear to top edge, small closed tear at bottom edge, heavily soiled, not price-clipped; interior heavily tanned.
