Text in English and Italian. 674pp (pages 1-338 in English, pages 339 – 674 in Italian). Red cloth-covered boards with black titles on front and spine. 8vo. . Spine ends rubbed and rounded, spine cover is lightly sun-faded with a stain on the bottom portion. Corners are lightly rubbed and rounded. Top text block edge dusty; remaining edges tanned, light foxing to endpapers. Hinges cracked and stretched, binding is loose. Internally this is a neat, clean and bright volume. The author dedicates this work to the memory of the fallen and the sorrow of the survivors, to vindicate the honour of the Italian people in the minds of those who are in ignorance of the truth.
