Undated but likely circa 1960. No publication details but likely privately printed preceding the 1964 reissue by the Christian Defence. 68pp stapled booklet in illustrated stiff card covers. 8vo. Covers are a little worn and scratched, gently rubbed at edges, with some marks and indentations on rear panel. Internally a little browning to first and last few leaves and a few minor signs of handling else clean, neat and tight.
