116pp, 24pp publisher’s ads. Blue cloth-covered boards, bevelled edges; blind-embossed design on front, gilt titles on spine; top text block edge uncut; maroon endpapers. 16mvo. Sun-faded spine, rubbed corners and spine ends; front board heavily bleached, small tear in cloth on top front edge. Top text block edge released (very well done), all edges starting to tan. Evidence of previous bookplate on front pastedown; previous owner’s name and publisher’s blind-embossed stamp on title page; gutters cracked and strained, volume quite loose. Otherwise, internally neat and clean.
