Very light wear at board edges and corners; cocked. Dusty top text block edge, remaining edges just starting to tan. Endpapers lightly foxed and tanned. Hinges stretched at endpapers; gutter cracked at page 708. Internally neat, clean and bright. Dust jacket sun-faded, has shelf wear; chipping to edges; 2cm loss at spine heel and lower rear; loss at mid spine and closed tears at spine head; not price clipped. Translated at the request of the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster.
