Reprint. viii, 306pp, complete with two large folding charts at rear. Blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine. 8vo. Cloth a little worn, gently rounded at corners and spine ends, text block very slightly skewed. Upper text block edge dust darkened, remaining edges a little toned. Toning in margins of endpapers, small chip at base of front free endpaper. Gift inscription neatly inked on the front free endpaper (dated 1942) else internally neat and clean. Tightly bound.
