The Hundred Glories of French Cooking

First American edition, first printing (previous published in France in the original French under the title Cent Marveilles de al Cuisine Francaise).  506, [6]pp, profusely illustrated.  Blue cloth-covered boards, silver-stamped lettering on the spine.  Cloth has a little scattered, mild mottling along upper edge, gently pushed at spine tips.  Gift inscription inked on front free endpaper, dated 1979, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original, illustrated dust wrapper., a little bumped along extreme upper edge, tiny nick on upper leading corner.  Dust jacket now protected in an archival quality Mylar wrapper fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.  The Mylar wrapper itself is a little shelf worn.
