First edition, first impression. 320pp. Red cloth-covered boards, gilt-stamped lettering on the spine. 8vo. Cloth is a little rounded on corners and spine ends. Dust shadowing on text block edges. A few rust marks on endpapers, and some pencil annotations on the front free endpaper, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust wrapper. shelf worn to dull, rubbed and a little chipped on edges, with some minor crumbling at ends of a slightly sunned spine.
