Account of the murder and trial, with Eugene Aram’s own account of how he murdered his friend Daniel Clark, his attempts to conceal and the events that eventually lead to his guilty plea and hanging in 1759, with some of Aram’s writings. A few corrections and additional notes in the margins in a contemporary hand; a single sheet of additional manuscript notes sealed in discusses Aram and the criminal justice system, also in an contemporary hand. 8vo.
