Facsimile reprint.  vi, , 476pp, with black and white illustrations throughout.  Blue pictorial cloth boards with black lettering front and spine.  Cloth is unevenly faded with some brushing on the spine, and minor indentation at spine head else volume is neat, clean, bright and tight throughout.
