First edition, first impression.  xiv, 210pp, with monochrome plate illustrations.  Brown cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering to spine.  8vo.  Cloth is rounded at corners and spine end, with tape residue marks front and rear.  Text block edges tanned.  Library stamp (over-cancelled withdrawn) on the copyright page – no other library markings – and else internally neat and clean. In its original illustrated dust wrapper, rubbed on extreme edges and a little shelf worn.  Dust wrapper protected in a clear film sleeve.
