Reprint.  382, [2]pp, with illustrated frontispiece and black and white line drawings in text.  Colour maps on endpapers.  Green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on the spine.  Volume is neat, clean, bright and tight throughout.  Dust jacket just gently rubbed on extreme edges in places.
