Undated but circa 1963. 210pp. In green cloth-covered boards with black titles on spine. Upper text block edge sprayed green. 8vo. Cloth gently rubbed at spine ends. Previous owner’s name and date on flyleaf, else neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original matte dust jacket, a tad discoloured at edges, slight chipping at ends of a mildly sunned spine. Ninth volume in Marric’s George Gideon series. J J Marric was one of the pen names of prolific crime novelist John Creasey.
