24 consecutive issues of the monthly journal, Fire, from January 1911 ro February 1912, bound into a single volume. Quarter bound in green leather over green cloth, gilt titles on spine. Boards are worn and rubbed around edges, rounded on corners and spine ends, with cloth peeling around upper corner on back, leather worn and scuffed around joints and edges, sunned over spine. Internally endpapers show a little spotting and discolouration, some toning to pages else generally neat and clean. Tightly bound and square.

Each issue of the journal carries stories and news articles regarding recent events in fire-fighting, fire-fighting personnel, fire engines and other fire-fighting equipment, mostly drawn from British sources but with some overseas coverage from overseas.
