*The bookplate is of Bryan Keith-Lucas, likely the English political scientist, Professor f Government at the University of Kent, Canterbury to 1977 and mentioned in dispatches during his military service in the second world war with the Buffs and Sherwood Foresters in north Africa, Italy and Cyprus. Keith-Lucas’s name has been overwritten with the name M F Fuller.
