136pp, black and white frontispiece. Burgundy cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Very lightly rubbed spine ends. Text block edges tanned, starting to fox. Endpapers and prelims lightly tanned and foxed. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight barring the occasional spotting. Dust jacket has moderate shelf wear, 10cm closed tear on front (spanning spine), chipping to edges, closed tear to front cover; now protected with Brodart-style sleeve, not price clipped.
