Headlong Hall and Nightmare Abbey

First thus, illustrated by H R Millar and with an introduction by George Saintsbury.  Red cloth-covered boards with extensive blind decorations and gilt lettering front and spine.  Deckled edges.  xxiv, [2], 244, [4]pp, with tissue-guarded frontispiece and further full page engravings interleaved in text.  12mo.  Boards somewhat worn, bumped on lower leading corner, rubbed and pushed in at ends of a lightly sunned spine.  Text block edges a little toned with traces of dustiness.  Slight toning in margins of first and last few leaves; previous owner’s name neatly inked on the front free endpaper.
