First thus. Stated ‘collector’s edition’. xxii, 346pp, with a coloured portrait plate frontispiece specially commissioned for this edition, and further illustrations and page decorations in text. Bound in full brown leather, four raised bands to spine and 22kt gilt stamped lettering and decorations. All edges gilt. Silk moire endpapers and yellow satin ribbon marker bound in. Smyth-sewn pages with decorative head band. Printed on archival-quality, acid-free paper which will not tan over time. 4to. The bookplate issued by the Easton Press with this edition has been affixed, with the owner’s name filled in, opposite the half title page else volume is neat, clean, bright and tight throughout.
