xvi, 478pp, numerous black and white photographic plates. Blue cloth-covered boards; gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Sun-faded spine; rubbed spine ends, cloth fraying, corners rounded. Top text block edge dusty, remaining edges tanning. Endpapers starting to fox and tan, previous owner’s bookplate on front paste down. Hinges cracked and stretched, volume quite loose. v-xii loosely laid-in (printer’s fault). Internally neat and clean barring some very occasional foxing.
