L’ABC des Gros Animaux

Text in French. Undated but circa 1930.  16pp, including 6 full page colour illustrations all by Henri Ferran (as well as further monochrome illustrations).  Pictorial stiff card covers.  4to.  Covers are gently rubbed at edges and perhaps a little toned or faded.  Some minor soiling on rear panel.  Pages a little browned else internally neat, clean and tight.  A really nice copy albeit with a patina of age. 

Henri Ferran was a French comic artist and illustrator, active in the late 19th and early 20th century, beloved for this beautiful series of animals and illustrators for children’s stories.
