All customer-supplied information is treated as totally confidential. We will never pass your details on to anyone else. You can browse our website without sharing personal information but if you wish to make purchase or subscribe to a mailing list we need some details. These include your name, your postal address, your email address and other details depending on which service you request.
We use your data only to communicate with you and to help us to provide you with excellent customer service. This includes email confirmation of order dispatch if you make a purchase from us.
If you ask us to remove your details from our database we will do so promptly, without question and provide confirmation to you that we have done so.
If you choose to pay by card, you will be transferred to secure payment pages at Stripe. This is a secure system in which your card details are verified by the bank without being sent to us.
