Riza Yurukoglu (b. 1945) was an influential Marxist-Leninist, and leader of the worker’s faction of the Turkish Communist Party. He focused on defining and applying proletarian internationalism in the context of the Cold War and the struggle against capitalist and imperial forces. Yurukoglu saw proletarian internationalism as key to supporting and unifying working classes. This volume contains his speech on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Turkey.
