Red cloth-covered boards with gilt titles and design on spine and front; blind embossed design on verso, bevelled edges. All edges gilt. Rubbed spine ends; minor tears in cloth. Some discolouration to front board. Cloth on bottom corner rubbed through. Gilt text block edges. Previous owner’s name on front free end paper. Early example of glued pages; pages now coming away from spine, not quite disbound. In need of minor restoration. Small 4to. .
