Signed and inscribed by the author on the half title page, ‘To Michael, who says he loves history, July 1958, Egon Larsen’. 8vo. Cloth a little rounded at corners and spine ends. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original illustrated dust jacket, somewhat chapped at edges with minor loss, a little browned in margins, and perhaps mildly faded.
