Burgundy cloth covered boards with gilt lettering to spine. 8vo. Cloth a little tired and marked, gently rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Upper text block edge dull, remaining edges slightly spotted. Endpapers lightly tanned and some mild foxing on first and last few leaves. One strained gutter ahead of the preface.
