First UK edition, first printing (previously published in the USA under the title ‘The Woman who Murdered Black Satin’.  xii, 338pp, with some black and white illustrations interleaved in text.  Bright red cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine.  8vo.  A few minor indentations on edges of boards; upper text block edge a tad toned else neat. clean, bright and tight throughout.  In its original glossy dust wrapper, a little bumped on edges and slightly shelf worn; not price clipped.
