Boards gently rounded at corners and spine ends. Upper text block edge a little dust darkened. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight barring a large ownership stamp on the rear paste down. In its original illustrated dust wrapper, a little shelf worn, gently rubbed at extreme edges. Dust jacket now protected in an archival quality Mylar wrapper fitted without the use of tape or adhesives. The earliest known work on the horse and how to ride him, written some 24 centuries ago, it still provides the modern day rider with an informative and easy to read treatise, with chapters on the Greek Riding Horse and Horsemanship.
