Drew Struzan (1947-2025) was an American artist and illustrator best known for the creation of movie posters, including those for notable late 20th and early 21st century films such as Shawskank Redemption, Blade Runner, ET the Extra Terrestrial, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Back to the Future, Harry Potter and Star Wars. He rendered some of cinemas most iconographic imaginary through the movie poster and transformed the one-sheet form from humble advertising to collectible art with intrinsic value.
