First edition, first printing. Unpaginated. Signed by Ralph Steadman on the half title page. In brown cloth boards with red titles on spine. Square format 8vo. Boards very slightly rubbed and rounded at corners and spine tips. Previous owner’s name on front free endpaper, endpapers have mild signs of thumbing. In its original dust jacket, browned and bumped at edges, with a couple of short tears, a little discoloured, three inch closed tear on rear. Dust jacket now protected in an archival-quality Mylar wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives. Steadman’s first collection of cartoons, caricatures and illustrations from Private Eye, Punch and other publications.
