Biography of Malaysia’s leading business magnate (based in  Hong Kong since 1978).  A major figure southeast and eastern Asia, Malaysia’s wealthiest citizen, little is known about the man.  Here in his autobiography we see how Kuok has lived through interesting times, from British colonial rule, through Japanese occupation to post-colonial southeast Asia and the rise of the Asian Tiger economies.  He was classmates with Lee Kuan Yew, the founding father of Singapore.
