First edition, first impression. 218pp, with colour plate frontispiece and three further monochrome plate illustrations interleaved in text. Grey cloth-covered boards with pictorial onlay and green lettering and decoration front and spine. 8vo. Cloth is a little worn, gently rubbed and rounded on corners and spine ends. Text block edges a little dusty and spotted. Lacks front free endpaper. Some spotting on first and last few true leaves; small nick on the top edge of the title page, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
