Oiva Toikka was a Finnish glass and glassware designer and artist, best known for his work for Iittala, including the famous ‘Birds by Toikka’ series but he also enjoyed success as as a stage and costume designs and with textile design, having started his career working with ceramics. This volume, now hard to find, is an enduring tribute to a visionary artist who has acquired a strong following among collectors.
