Cloth is worn and faded, rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Text block edges spotted. Small stain on front free endpaper and hint of creaminess to pages else internally neat, clean and tight. In a worn and heavily chapped dust jacket, rubbed, scuffed and chipped at edges with lower third of backstrip absent.
