224pp, with a portrait plate frontispiece.  Green cloth board, gilt titles.  8vo.  Cloth is a little tired, gently rubbed around edges, and gently rounded at corners and ends of a sunned and ridged spine.  Boots Library label on upper panel.  Text block edges a little toned.  Hint of spotting on endpapers, with some pencilled notes on rear pastedown, else internally clean, neat and tight.
