viii, 240pp, 24pp publisher’s ads. Red cloth-covered boards with gilt titles to spine. 12mo. Spine ends rubbed, rounded; cloth frayed. Spine cover sun-faded with moderate rubbing. Corners of the boards moderately rubbed and rounded with light fraying. Edges are lightly rubbed. Top text block edge dusty; fore-edge and lower edge untrimmed; moderate foxing and tanned. Foxing and tanning to endpapers. Front pastedown has previous owner’s name. Internally there are several gutter strains and the pages are moderately tanned otherwise a neat, clean volume.
