Elements of Plant Biology

A later impression of the revised third edition (work first published in 1922).  x, 388pp, with black and white drawings and diagrams in text.  Green cloth-covered boards with Black lettering to spine.  8vo.  Boards are worn, heavily mottled and stained, a little rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends.   There’s a school label on the front free endpaper indicating the that the volume was once in the possession of Wycombe Abbey school, which indicates that the book was issued to Anne Bleuey, Fiona McClure, Jane Morris, Claire Gubbins and Elizabeth Hollings between the years 1967 and 1976. A little toning to text block edges else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
