A catalogue produced to accompany an exhibition of Derek Boshier’s artwork at the Galerie du Centre in Paris in 2001, with an introductory critical essay. Boshier is an artist whose career has been marked by dramatic shifts in style. One of the key figures of the 1960s Pop Art movement, he switched to borrowing dazzling colour from the advertising industry and then, in the 1970s abandoned painting entirely in favour of drawing before returning to oil painting in the 80s.
