[1905]. 70pp, with song words and music. Decorative pictorial cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on front panel. Decorative endpapers. 4to. Cloth is worn, marked and mottled, especially on verso, a little rubbed on edges and rounded at corners and spine ends. Hinges cracked resulting in mild loosening. Some tanning on free endpapers; gift inscription, dated 1908, neatly inked on title page, a few signs of fingering, else internally neat and clean.

A collection of around 60 traditional songs for children, collected by Alfred Moffat and edited by Frank Kitson; a companion volume to Moffat and Kitson’s earlier “British Nursey Rhymes”.
