First edition.  286pp, with maps.  Blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine.  8vo.  Cloth a little pushed at spine ends, a couple of small, white marks on upper panel.  Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original paper dust wrapper, a little toned, rubbed at edges, with mild but visible shelf wear.
