First edition. 232pp, 16 black and white photographic plates. Blue cloth-covered boards with silver titles on spine, silver illustration and titles on front. 8vo. Sun-faded spine, lightly rubbed spine ends, corners and joints. Text block edges very lightly tanned. Blue endpapers illustrated with wedding design. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. The book starts with the Marriage Service, beautifully presented with illustrated colour borders. Followed by a look at the subject of Marriage from various writers along with poems and speeches.
