The story of A Plague of Pythons was first serialised in two parts in Galaxy Science Fiction in late 1962; it was subsequently expanded into a novel, published as a paperback by Ballantine Books in the US in 1965; and by Victor Gollancz in the UK in 1966. This edition from the Science Fiction Book Club was released the following year.
