Produced to accompany a 2010 exhibition of Peter Brown’s paintings at David Messum Fine Art Gallery, London. Peter Brown (born 1967), affectionately known as ‘Pete the Street’, is a well-regarded painter of street scenes and city landscapes. Many of the 71 works in this one-man exhibition (all of which are reproduced in this catalogue) depict busy London scenes, views of the Thames and other iconic London places but he is also often associated with his home city of Bath.
