Third edition. 288pp, with 16 b/w plates and figures in text. Green cloth-covered boards, gilt titles. 8vo. Cloth a little pushed at spine ends, and a hint of shadowing on the text block edges else volume is bright, fresh, clean and tight throughout. In it original dust wrapper, illustrated, slightly bumped on edges and a little rubbed at spine tips. Dust wrapper now protected in a Brodart style sleeve, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
