Card covers have a little wear at edges, gently rounded on corners. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. Fahlstrom’s artwork provides a unique perspective on an often unseen world. A nomadic artist how travelled throuugh marginalised communities and peripheral regions in many countries, he created works – sometimes maps, islands or ‘variable paintings’ – which push the language of comics to the limit and encourage ethical readings of representations of the planet, greater social commitment and active involvement of the specator.
